Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations made on or before March 24, 2017 will be fully refunded.  There are no refunds after March 24, 2017.  Refunds will be processed to the credit card used to make the registration no later than the day of the event.  Questions about the cancellation policy should be addressed to the VP-Administration at registration@houstoniia.org.

Other Information:

• Groups of 5 or more from the same organization receive a discount of $25 off per person.  In order to receive the group discount, groups of 5 or more have to signup in one registration.
• If you are an IIA member who is unemployed, retired, an educator, full-time student, or from another chapter, please contact Wilson Van Tine at registration@houstoniia.org before beginning the registration process.
• Parking at NRG Park is included in your registration fee.  You will receive a parking pass as part of your registration confirmation e-mail.
• Substitutions (same price category) can be made until March 24, 2017 at no additional charge. Please contact Wilson Van Tine at registration@houstoniia.org for substitution processing.
