We invite you to share the knowledge and experience you
have accumulated during your work in the water and wastewater industry by
delivering a presentation that:
·
Provides relevant, accurate information
·
Includes insight into the processes used during studies, design,
construction, and operation
·
Introduces new technology and/or innovation
·
Demonstrates unique use of existing technology
·
Highlights various approaches to problem solving
We are especially interested in abstracts that address
treatment, collection & distribution, water reuse, managing water
resources, energy management, watershed management, laboratory, stormwater,
small systems, alternative delivery, instrumentation/controls, environmental
challenges, conservation, regulations, water quality, administrative/managerial
challenges, construction, and operations.
Alternative Project Delivery Session
The
Program Committee for this year’s conference would like to create at least one
session highlighting unique, cost-effective, and sustainable methods using
alternative project delivery methods.
If you are interested in developing a session of this type, please
contact either Sean Lieske or José Velazquez.
Managing Our Precious Water Resources
The
water industry faces more and more challenges providing sustainable water for
our region’s ever-growing needs. We
encourage abstracts related to water resources development, reuse, innovation
in water supply development, integrated resource planning and water
conservation.
New for 2016! Introducing
Special Sessions. Special Sessions are presentations / panel discussions lasting longer than 30 minutes or a group of several 30 minute
presentations under a similar topic. You will be asked if you are
requesting a special session on the abstract submission form. If answered
yes, you will be prompted to enter each of the special session abstracts and
author bios. Don't worry, if you don't have all of that information you
can save your submission form and finish it later.
