Greenville is known for its “Southern Cuisine,” and the CAGC spouse/guest registrant will have an opportunity to taste some of their breakfast specialties and learn how they’re made from Culinary Director, Mark Pollard with Charleston Cooks! Less than a block away from the Hyatt Regency, spouse/guest registrants will witness the making of this gourmet meal, and there’s even an opportunity to participate, if you like.
