Day sessions Thursday and Friday, July 30 -31, are specifically designed for General Contractors, Specialty Contractors, and Suppliers within each division: Highway, Building, and Utility. Each afternoon, you’ll have plenty of time to explore the city and its surroundings. Later, enjoy free evenings mixed with organized special events that allow you ample time to network and build new relationships with others.

On Saturday, August 1, registered attendees unite for the Construction Industry Summit. Hear from nationally recognized speakers like local Political Insider John Davis, Gen Y and Communication Expert Curt Steinhorst, the first female F-14 Tomcat Fighter Pilot in the U.S. Navy Carey “Vixen” Lohrenz, and celebrated political power couple James Carville and Mary Matalin.

Educational Sessions and Evening Receptions: Resort Casual (for men - golf shirts and slacks or shorts and for women - a comfortable shirt/blouse with slacks/shorts, or sundress)
Parking at the Hotel
Self Parking is available in the adjacent City Parking Garage called Commons Parking. This four level garage is connected to the Hyatt Regency Greenville by a covered walkway. Costs are determined on an hourly basis. Each time a guest exits the parking structure, they will need to pay the current charge. The overnight parking charge is $6.00. Valet parking is available ($15).
Please Note: There are a limited number of spaces in the hotel garage; parking is first-come/first serve. Additional parking lots are available within walking distance of the hotel that can accommodate pick-up-trucks. Maximum garage clearance is 6’8”; Over-sized vehicle parking is limited, please contact the front desk - (864) 235-1234 - to make arrangements.
