Caryn Walsh 

International Keynote Speaker, Business Consultant, Facilitator, Executive and Life Coach


Psychologist, international leadership consultant, author, award-winning international coach, motivational speaker, Caryn Walsh was recently described as ‘Australia’s answer to Oprah Winfrey’, by one of her clients because of the way she speaks to, and trains, audiences of thousands each year on various Continents around the world. 

At the helm of Pure Magic International Business Solutions (Leadership, People and Organisational development specialists) Caryn consults to all types of Community, Corporate, Government and Educational Companies. Her love is the community sector. 

With a firm focus on working within the aged care and disability sectors, Caryn is well known for her ability to work with providers to help them develop their leaders and staff at all levels, ensuring that they focus on reaching and sustaining high performance. She coaches people at all levels of organisations and society – from the team leader to the CEO (including a politician) Caryn has been helping people developing their teams and companies successfully for almost two decades.

As a psychologist lecturing at University for ten years, Caryn has worked with Organisations in Australia, Africa and Fiji for the last twenty years, growing their leaders and people at all levels. As an international Coach and Facilitator, her firm belief is that through exemplary leadership, collaboration and co-operation, we can create a more harmonious world – all over across the globe.
Alison Choy Flannigan

Alison Choy Flannigan has over 25 years of corporate, commercial and regulatory experience, specialising in advising health, aged care and life science clients. Alison was previously General Counsel of Ramsay Health Care Limited (one of Australia's largest private hospital operators, which previously operated an aged care division) and was a partner of a major Australian National law firm. 

Advice for aged care and retirement living clients includes advising on corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure projects, advising on regulatory requirements including the Aged Care Act, reviewing funding agreements, drafting agreements between aged care providers and their clients and advising on issues such as duty of care, consent, security of tenure, guardianship, elder abuse and advance care directives.

In each year since 2008, Alison has been nominated by her peers in Best Lawyers International: Australia and in the Australian Financial Review as one of Australia's 'best lawyers' in the areas of health and aged care and has been named in Australasian Legal Business for mergers and acquisitions.

She was listed as one of the “50 Women to Watch – Specialist in their Field in Australia and New Zealand” – Australasian Lawyer 2015.

Suzana Strbac is the Workers’ Compensation Manager at Gow-Gates Insurance Brokers. Suzana has over 18 year’s industry experience in claims litigation and workers compensation management. 

Over the years Suzana has been responsible for managing employer programmes including large corporate employers.

Suzana has been involved in all areas of Workers’ Compensation including:

  • Self Insurance Funds
  • Burning Costs Method and Retro Paid Loss
  • Premium Management  Strategic Injury Management
