Earlybird Registration
Register between Wednesday 21st September and Friday 28th October, 2016, and approved stallholders will pay reduced stall pricing.
General Registration
Register between Saturday 29th October and Friday 20th January, 2017, and approved stallholders will pay standard stall pricing.
Late Registration
Register between Saturday 21st January and Friday 10th March, 2017, and approved stallholders will pay the standard stall fee pricing and incur an additional late fee.
Applications will close at midnight, Friday 10th March 2017.
Stall Types and Pricing
Please note the following:
- All prices shown are in NZ Dollars and are inclusive of GST (15%).
- If you are unable to pay within seven days, there may be an additional processing fee charged on top of your stallholder costs.
- Please be aware that you will need to attend compulsory stallholder meetings to be eligible to partake in the Pasifika Festival (dates are yet to be confirmed).
- If you miss the mandatory pre-festival meeting, your stall may be cancelled and the stallholder will not be entitled to a refund.
Food - Village and Pan Pacific Village Stalls
Please refer to the Food Stall Health and Safety Checklist to be eligible to operate a food stall at Pasifika Festival.

Payment
Should your application be successful and the Pasifika Festival team confirm your stall for the event, a payment must be made and received within 7 days after a stallholder recieves confirmation and an invoice is issued. Only received stallholder payments will secure your spot at the Pasifika Festival.
Please DO NOT send cash - if you require a cash payment, please see the payment booth option below.
Invoice/receipt: Our Pasifika team will send you a website link to download your invoice/receipt upon confirmation of your stall.
Payment

Payment options listed below:
1. Credit Card payment online:
To pay by credit card, we will send you a website link which
will take you to a credit card payment page.
You will be required to input your email address that you used in your
application, and input your reference number.
Note:
- If you wish to pay by credit card, we only accept Visa and Mastercard and there will be an additional 4%
surcharge on top of the stall costs if you wish to pay with a credit card.
2. Direct Credit payment:
To pay by direct credit, we will provide you with a bank account
number to deposit your payment.
You will be required to input your reference number on the payment.
3. Cheque payment:
To pay by cheque, we will provide you with an address to send your cheque.
You will be required to input your contact details and your reference number on
the back of the cheque.
Note:
- Cheques with no information will not be accepted
- We will not accept cheque payments after Friday 22nd January, 2017
- Returned cheques will not be re-deposited and another payment option
will be required
4. Payment Plan: Payment plans are now available in three instalments. Please inform us as soon as you receive confirmation of your stall. Please contact the Stallholder Coordinator to arrange payment options. Please include your reference number in your communication.
5. Cash Payment If you are unable to make payment by any of the options above, you will need to inform us as soon as you receive confirmation of your stall. Please contact the stallholder coordinator to arrange a suitable time to come in to make payment with our accounts team. Please ensure you bring your reference number along.
