Other Promotional Options:


Shuttle Sponsor  - $7,500

Welcome attendees to Bermuda, and be the first thing they see once they board the shuttle for their 25 minute ride to the hotel. Provide a welcome bag, place brochures/flyers on the seats, put up window decals, over the seat ads, the options are endless. Airport advertising on digital boards included, welcome guests as they get off the plane.  (company responsible for all marketing materials to be placed in shuttles, must be approved by District II)   

App Sponsorship - $4,000

Exciting new opportunity, sponsor our new app and receive benefits including logo on welcome screen, dedicated ad page, send push notifications to attendees regarding products, invite them to your booth, etc. 

Airport Advertising - $3,500

Start the meeting off with your ad being the first thing attendees see as they get off the plane. Welcome them to Bermuda "Your company name Welcomes you to Bermuda!", Inform them about new products or upcoming event. 

Hotel Entrance Advertising - $3,500

Be the first thing attendees see as they enter the hotel. Place a decal/sticker ad on the front glass doors into the hotel. 

Childcare Sponsor - $2,500

This support opportunity provides children of attendees a safe and entertaining day at the Fairmont Explores Kids Day Camp (onsite at the hotel). Recognition onsite, on the webpage, and in the program.

Fly your Flag - $2,000

Impress attendees by having your flag waving high in the front of the hotel as well as down by the beach. (Great way to keep them thinking about you even while their relaxing on the beach).

Registration Bag Logo - $1,875

Showcase your companies logo on the official meeting bag distributed to all attendees at registration check in. (Open only to non-pharmaceutical and non-medical device companies

Restroom Advertising - $1,500

This This high-visibility branding opportunity allows you to place approved mirror clings inside restrooms in bathrooms near our event. 


Hotel Room Keys -  $1,500

Nearly 400 nights are spent in the hotel for the Annual District II Meeting each year. With this high impact and cost effective advertising opportunity you can have your message in front of attendees even when they are not in the exhibit hall. This is the perfect vehicle to promote your booth location, symposium session, Product Theater session, new product or app launch. Artwork must be approved by District II. (Does not include price of key cards, company will work directly with PLI)

Pedometer Sponsor - $1,000

Support our wellness theme with our first Fitbit Challenge. All attendees will receive a pedometer upon check in (with your logo on the front), they will wear it and check the pedometer daily. The winner with the most steps at the end of the conference will win a new Fitbit!  


Mother's Lounge Sponsor - $750


Show support our nursing mothers by providing them with a private room. Display promotional materials to be displayed in room. Recognition in program and webpage.


"Doctors Bag" Insert - $650

Ensure that attendees get the information you want them to see/have. Ensure you are in the forefront of their mind by inviting them to visit your booth or attend your symposia session, with a flyer insert on the official ADM bag table. After checking in attendees will pick up their bags, programs, and other materials at the official ADM bag table. Sponsor may provide one printed, double-sided, promotional piece to be. Piece must promote your company’s product, service or pre-approved event to be held or displayed during the Annual Meeting. Materials must be approved by District II prior to distribution.


Newsletter/Eblast Ads - $650 each 

Market your presence at the Annual District Meeting in our bi-weekly Newsletters and Eblasts to members before the meeting with a banner or box ad. 


Mailer to Past Attendees - $450

Reach past Annual Meeting attendees and entice them to come see you at this years meeting. We will provide you with last year's registrants full mailing addresses. Mailer must be approved by ACOG DII before sending. 


2017 Pre & Post Attendee List - $650

Peak attendees interest before they arrive on site and make sure they remember you after the meeting by sending them a direct mail piece. An affordable way to gain exposure among attendees, this is perfect for sending symposia invitations, promoting a new product launch or announcing giveaways. Double your marketing reach by sending your mail piece to YOUR potential client list-inviting them to come and see you at the meeting! This opportunity is exclusively for 2017 confirmed exhibitors. The list is for single use only, and will be provided electronically approximately 3 weeks prior to the event, and 2 weeks after and may not be duplicated or resold to another organization. A sample of your mailing must approved by District II prior to processing.

The Exhibit Guide is distributed onsite to all attendees and is available for download on the District II website prior to the meeting. This guide is highly referenced by meeting attendees during and after the meeting. The Exhibit Guide contains a listing of all exhibitors, company descriptions and schedule of activities taking place in the exhibit hall. Ads can be used to promote products, services, educational symposia, or other preapproved sponsored events. District II reserves the right to merge the Exhibit Guide with an existing publication, or place on the Internet at its sole discretion and without notification.
