Recreation SA Award Breakfast

Join recreation and leisure industry leaders and professionals at this special breakfast event held to celebrate the achievements of individuals and organisations making an outstanding contribution to the recreation industry in South Australia.

Former Crows star Brent Reilly will be the guest speaker at the event, discussing his football career, his road to recovery, the influence of different AFL coaches on his playing career and life after football. He will also announce the winners of the prestigious 2016 Recreation Awards.

Reilly will present:

  • The Recreation SA Award which recognises achievement in increasing participation and/or the profile of active recreation in the community.
  • The Recreation Industry Professional of the Year - an award that recognises an individual's contribution to the recreation industry.
  • The Watch Around Water Award recognises registered centres that promote the Watch Around Water safety messages beyond the marketing tools that are provided by Recreation SA.
