- Because of our established best practices, and a contract template based on the Convention Industry Council’s Accepted Practices Exchange, we are able to manage fair and accurate expectations for all parties.
- Due to the nature of associations, Kellen utilizes a Guest Room Block Performance clause in place of guest room block attrition.
