Euro-born, French-grown, Australian-adopted, with an Italian name, a Mediterranean Carpe Diem way of Life, living in Thailand and promoting the Australian eldercare industry all over ASEAN countries, Giovanni has a cross-disciplinary tertiary background in management, computing and applied sciences, 3 decades of international experience in the digital economy, and is the recipient of a multitude of prominent industry recognitions far too long to be mentioned here.
A passionate Aged Care advocate, Giovanni is periodically invited to address audiences in global industry summits, a guest lecturer at leading universities & professional institutes, and a prolific industry change agent who has trained over thousands of carers in Australia and abroad on a range of management and advanced technology topics for the past 6 years.

Steve has been employed by RFBI since 2007 in various capacities. He is currently responsible for Assets and Contracts Management. Steve has worked in the not for profit sector for over 19 years and during this time he has held senior and strategic roles in each organisation.
Steve's current responsibilities involve supporting
RFBI in the following functions:
- Asset
Management including refurbishments and new builds.
- Contracts
Management including procurement.
- Group
Sustainability including facilitating the Sustainability Advantage
Program.

Risk Management in relation to Procurement & Contracts
