Once again the Joint Annual Conference will offer multiple sponsorship opportunities. The Conference Committee has established a Sponsorship Program that provides a broad range of sponsorship opportunities. Being a RMSAWWA/RMWEA Joint Annual Conference sponsor is a great way to leverage your presence at the conference and put your organization’s name in front of all attendees. Regardless of sponsorship level, all sponsors will be recognized in the 2015 conference program and will be identified at the designated events. The respective categories will be posted on sponsor identification boards throughout the conference area. The benefits ‘for all’ sponsors taking part in the sponsorship program are:

·         Company logo or name in on-site conference program as designated by the levels shown below*

·         “Thank You” in post conference wrap-up in RUMBLES

·         Sponsors who participate at $1,000 or more will receive the list of conference registrants two weeks prior to the conference and a final listing following the conference.

Each of these sponsorship opportunities and their benefits are outlined below:

Platinum Sponsor (three opportunities)

As a Platinum Sponsor your company will also receive the following benefits:

- Company name/ logo on sponsorship signage for each conference event
- Company name/ logo on ‘main’ reader boards in the conference center. 
-  Web link to company’s website from conference website for 3 months
-  Verbal recognition from the stage/ head table at the business luncheons, special activities and conference dinner
- Recognition at the Opening General Session as the Conference Platinum sponsor (Only Platinum Sponsors will be recognized)
- Platinum sponsorship designation on name badge for attendees from your company
- Banner hanging in the main hallway (see Banner Sponsorship below)
- Electronic projection of Company logo onto the wall during Opening Session and in the Exhibition Hall (see Gold Sponsorship below)
- Two complimentary full conference registration

- Two golf hole Sponsorships at the Conference golf tournament

Gold Sponsor (four opportunities)

As a Gold Sponsor your company will also receive the following benefits:

- Company name/ logo in on-site conference program as Gold Sponsors

- Company name/ logo on sponsorship signage for each conference event except the Opening General Session

- Verbal recognition from the stage or head table at the business luncheons

- Gold sponsorship designation on name badge for attendees from your company

As a Silver Sponsor your company will also receive the following benefits:

- Company name/logo displayed at the selected event (see form).  Company also will be verbally recognized from the podium at the dinner or by the Exhibit Hall MC throughout the day of your sponsorship.
