NEW! Vendor Suites

During this year's Annual Conference & Expo, NCA is offering Private Meeting Rooms to supplier members! Beginning Wednesday, June 3 through Thursday, June 4, this exciting new feature will give you private space to hold meetings as you wish over the course of two full days. You have the option to choose between a private suite or meeting room. There is no difference in price between the available options. Please see below for an overview of each:

Private Executive Suite ($5,500)
  • An executive hotel room style suite, complete with furniture, internet access, a restroom, and all basic amenities. 
  • Exhibitors choosing the private suite option will have access to extended hours. Check-in at the hotel concierge will begin at 4pm the day prior (Tuesday, June 2), and check out will be at 11:00 am on Friday, June 5.

Vendor Meeting Room ($5,500)
  • Meeting rooms are located on the fourth floor of the Sheraton New Orleans meeting space, near to the Expo, and are over 400 square feet each.
  • Exhibitors choosing the meeting room option will have access to their meeting room beginning on Wednesday, June 3 through Thursday, June 4, and will be on a 24-hour hold with access as they see fit. 
  • Exhibitors may set-up a display within their meeting room as desired and a private key will be provided for security purposes during the two consecutive days.
  • Once you are allocated your meeting room, you may specify your desired room layout arrangements directly with the hotel. 
If you plan to purchase one of the above options, please contact NCA staff and confirm the following:
  • Which type of room you prefer (meeting room or hotel suite).
  • Your arrival and departure dates. 
  • Point of contact along with all contact information.

Once NCA staff receives your reply, we will put you directly in touch with Sheraton staff who can assist in coordinating furnishings, food and beverage, AV, etc. Please also note that your organization is responsible for all food and beverage, AV, décor fees.
