All cancellations must be received in writing. Prior to August 23, 2019, cancelled registrations will receive a refund, minus a $75 cancellation fee. No cancellations will be accepted after August 23. No-shows will be charged the full cost of attendance. Substitutes are welcome any time. Please send cancellations and substitutions to wbes@wsu.edu.
