Registration Information 

Registration to the FERMA Seminar 2012 is free for Risk and Insurance Managers who are members of FERMA, and includes access to all sessions, breaks and lunches, as well as the cocktail and dinner. It does not include travel and accommodation.


Categories of Participants and Fees

The FERMA Risk Management Seminar 2012 is designed for risk management and insurance professionals from all over Europe who are members of FERMA national associations (a list is available on the FERMA website). Only participants who have received a personal invitation by e-mail are entitled to participate in the Seminar on a complimentary basis. The invitation is not transferable to third parties and FERMA retains the right to refuse participation to people who have not received a personal invitation.

Risk and insurance managers who are not members of FERMA national associations, as well as colleagues of a risk/insurance manager member may request free registration via the online registration form (Registration as Risk Manager Non-Member). Confirmation of their registration is subject to FERMA's approval. 

Brokers, Insurers and Consultants are not allowed to register unless they are sponsors of the Seminar.

 

Changes, Cancellations and No-Shows

Registrations can be changed or cancelled online, via the "Modify Registration" button. You will receive an email to confirm your changes or cancellation. Cancellations or changes via telephone are not accepted.
 
Please note that for No-Shows and Cancellations received on and after 8 October 2012 a penalty of EUR 200.00 excl VAT will be charged after the Seminar.
 

Liability

Please be advised that FERMA is not responsible for any airfare/hotel penalties or other travel charges you incur. In case of government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the event to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation. There shall be no future liability on the part of either party.
