Individuals who submit are asked to complete the submission process through the etouches online system.  If you are in need of a paper application please contact the NYSAEYC office Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Hard copies of the presenter proposal submitted/received after September 20, 2013 will be considered on a case by case basis.

Number of Submissions
Each presenter must complete a profile and can submit up to two separate presentations as a primary presenter.

Submission Content
For each submission you will be asked to provide the following to complete the request for proposal:

  1.  Presentation title for the final program
  2.  A brief description (60 word maximum) of your presentation for the final program
  3.  Core Body of Knowledge areas addressed by your presentation (a maximum of two)
  4.  Office of Children and Family Services training topic areas addressed by your presentation (a maximum of two)
  5.  Professional level for which your presentation is appropriate
  6.  A copy of your resume
  7.  A fuller description of and learning objectives for your presentation for review and selection purposes
  8.  Presentation logistic - age/modality, preferred session length and room arrangement
  9.  Co-presenter information (if applicable) including organization, title, and contact information
 10.  Audio Visual requirements
 11. Agreement to the terms and conditions

Presentation Date and Time
Submitting a proposal signifies availability to offer the workshop at any time on Friday, April 11, 2013 or Saturday, April 12, 2013.

A/V Needs
A/V equipment needed for the presentation is the responsibility of the presenter.  NYSAEYC does its best to negotiate the lowest possible cost with the A/V provider on behalf of our presenters.

Primary Presenter Registration
A complimentary package B (All-Day Friday and Saturday Workshops) registration will be provided for to all primary presenters who are member of NYSAEYC/NAEYC. 

Co-Presenter Listing
Due to space limitations in the final program NYSAEYC is only able to list ONE co-presenter in addition to the primary presenter.

Co-presenters are responsible for their registration costs, no discounts or complimentary registrations are provided.
