ON-CAMPUS HOUSING:
On-campus housing is available during Annual Conference in the Residence Halls of West Virginia Wesleyan College. Housing is dormitory style, two persons to a room with single beds.
Roommates: Please mention your roommate preference during the registration process. Roommates must register separately for the conference. If you request to have no roommate, you will be charged for the second bed.
Amenities: Showers and restroom facilities are located in the hall, unless otherwise indicated. There is housing for women, men, couples, families and youth.
Special Needs: A limited number of first floor and single rooms are available for those with special needs. Please specify your needs in the registration process.
Check Out: Check out time for all rooms in Residence halls is 10:00am on Sunday.

Campus Housing Information:
1. All beds are single beds. Most are two people to a room.
2. You will need to provide your own linens, towels, washcloths, blankets, pillows, waste baskets, clothes hangers, soap, etc. for all campus housing.
3. Camden, Doney, Dunn and Fleming are air conditioned. For all other residence halls, a fan is recommended. Dunn and Fleming have an elevator.
4. Showers and toilets are available on each floor, except Camden, 2nd floor, in which case, they are on the floor above. Suites share a bathroom with one other room.
5. NO SMOKING is allowed in any campus building.
6. On-Campus housing options include 6% city hotel/motel fee.
If you register for on-campus housing, a confirmation card or confirmation email will be sent to you. Please bring this card with you when you come to conference. Room keys may be picked up in the residence hall with this confirmation card. Residence hall room keys must be returned at the close of conference or THERE WILL BE A $75 ROOM KEY CHARGE. Our campus has groups all summer long and they will be re-keying the rooms of those who did not return their keys within a few hours after your group leaves campus so they can rent to the next group the next morning.
