President of Jacobsen Development Advisors LLC, has been retained by the Chicago Cubs to lend is more than 34 years’ experience as a senior development executive to helping create the business plan and high-level concepts that will evaluate the feasibility of renovation options for Wrigley Field. Prior to founding JDA, Jacobsen, a Senior Certified Development Professional (SCDP) and active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, served for 23 years as Executive Vice President for The Mills Corporation. His work has been recognized by the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP. He holds a BSAS in Architecture from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and is a Registered Architect in Illinois and Wisconsin.
 
Carl Rice

Carl Rice was named Vice President, Baseball Operations, for the Chicago Cubs in February 2011. Previously, he served as Senior Director of Facility Management and Information Technology. He is responsible for overall operations of Wrigley Field, including stadium maintenance and improvements, field maintenance, event operations, fan experience, and customer service. He joined the Cubs organization in 1982 while still in high school.

He is the author and editor of several books, a fellow at Autodesk, an adjunct professor at Singularity University, a TED Conference speaker and a pioneer in the emerging practice of business visualization. At Autodesk, Wujec charts long-term strategy and introduces disruptive technologies serving the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing and Entertainment industries. As a founding professor at Singularity University, he teaches design paradigms, collaboration techniques and how to harness exponentially growing design technologies. Wujec has also developed a practice called Visual Strategy that incorporates visualization, rapid prototyping and business mapping.
