They may approach exhibitors and attendees and offer reduced rates and fraudulent offerings of hotel rooms. These unauthorized providers often request credit card information for "existing" reservations and may provide false information regarding extended show dates.

We have reserved a TMF block of rooms for our attendees, sponsors and exhibitors at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort. Make your reservations by April 3, 2017 to secure the group rate of $219 single/double.  To make your hotel reservation on line at the group rate Click Here .  Please enter your check in and check out dates to receive the contracted group rate. You may also make hotel reservations by phone by calling (866) 360 7395  let them know you are attending UNOS Transplant Management Forum, to receive the group rate.  The hotel will honor the group rate three days before and three days after the meeting, subject to availability. The Loews Sapphire Falls Resort is a popular hotel, so please make your reservations early to ensure availability. We cannot guarantee the group rate after April 3, 2017. Last year our room block sold out prior to the reservation cut-off date so please make your reservation today.
