The exhibit floor is open on Thursday, April 16, 2015 and Friday, April 17, 2015. None of these hours conflict with any other scheduled event. Exhibitors are reminded that no hospitality functions are to be scheduled in conflict with official TIA functions.

TIA assigns booths based on our Exhibitor Priority Points system. This allows a streamlined booth assignment process and creates a fair and equitable system for TIA exhibitor partners. Click here to learn more.

TIA has contracted directly with GES as the general contractor for the conference. TIA has not given any third party general contractors permission to provide pipe and drape, carpeting, furniture or exhibit booth services on their behalf. If you receive inquiries from a third party regarding general contracting services, this constitutes an interference with TIA’s contractual agreement with GES.

In addition, TIA has no recourse for services made through a third party. These inquiries are misleading solicitations to TIA’s attendees and exhibitors, which are not authorized by TIA.
