David Godsman SVP, Digital Banking, Emerging Payments and Innovation Bank of America David Godsman is Bank of America’s Digital Banking executive. Mr Godsman works closely with the Retail, Preferred and Small Business teams to accelerate the development and delivery of future online and mobile capabilities to meet customers’ needs, while ensuring the delivery of an engaging, intuitive and secure online experience that customers expect. Mr Godsman is also focused on the holistic customer experience of these capabilities to further support Bank of America’s customer-driven strategy. Prior to joining Bank of America in August 2011, Mr Godsman was vice president of Digital at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. He was responsible for the execution of Starwood’s global digital strategy for nine global brands and the Starwood Preferred Guest loyalty program. In this capacity, Mr Godsman oversaw all global digital marketing and merchandising strategy development, ecommerce platforms and capabilities, mobile application and platform development, global social media strategy, product development and global content management. In addition, Mr Godsman was responsible for establishing Starwood’s digital partnerships focused on identifying best-in-class media, content and technology partners to drive innovation and higher forms of guest digital experiences.

Surya Kant President, North America, UK and Europe Tata Consultancy Services In a career spanning more than 30 years, Surya (“Sury) Kant has made a significant contribution to the growth of the global software industry and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), now the world’s second largest IT services, consulting and business solutions organization. In his current role as President for North America, UK and Europe (a region that accounts for more than 75% of the company’s global revenues), Sury is responsible for overseeing and strengthening customer relationships and revenues across TCS’ largest markets, and plays a key role in growing business and expanding the company’s range of technology and service offerings. Highlights of his longstanding and distinguished tenure at TCS include establishing the presence of the Indian software industry in Japan in 1987, leading UK operations in the ‘90s whilerecording substantial growth and visibility for the organization, and serving as the Head of Operations in North India until 2005. Furthermore, he was named in the list of top 25 consultants worldwide by Consulting Magazine on 2011. TCS is globally known for its strong people practices, strongly supported by Sury, who initiated an Employee Satisfaction Survey in TCS several years ago that has since been recognized as a best practice across the Tata group. His efforts have significantly contributed to TCS being regularly ranked as the Best Employer in India and more recently winning several awards in North America in the HR areas of leadership development, employee satisfaction and diversity. Sury is a member of several bodies connected with academic institutions, and a frequent speaker at industry conferences. He is also actively connected with various social causes, most notably playing a leading role in the US supporting STEM education and careers – particularly for women and minorities – through prominent partnerships with the likes of STEMConnector and US2020. Sury received his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Electronics from Delhi College of Engineering in 1976, and his Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Computer Technology from IIT Delhi in 1978. On both occasions, he finished at top of his class. Sury also speaks several languages, including Japanese. | |
K. Krithivasan President, Banking and Financial Services Tata Consultancy Services Krithi leads a team of more than 70,000 associates in Banking and Fianancial Services BU which contributes to about 25% of the overall revenue of the company. He has also been actively involved in nurturing and growing some of the large client relationships in BFS.
Prior to this role, Krithi was the head of global delivery for the E-business service practice. He was responsible for evolving a common development methodology, enabling collaboration across multiple delivery centers and competency development in emerging technologies.
In his career of over 24 years, Krithi has held various key positions in sales, delivery, technology and strategic planning.
He has a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from IIT Kanpur and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Madras.

Marcus Treacher Head of Innovation, Global Payments and Cash Management HSBC Marcus Treacher is Head of Innovation for Global Payments and Cash Management at HSBC. Based in London, Marcus is responsible for conceptualising and developing new payments and cash management propositions for worldwide deployment and applying emerging mobile and digital technologies and innovations to meet the changing needs of HSBC's customers. Marcus is also a member of the SWIFT board of directors and the chairperson of SWIFT's Corporate Advisory Group. Kirsten Wolberg VP, Technology Business Operations PayPal Kirsten Wolberg is the Vice President, Technology at PayPal. She is responsible for the chief operating functions for PayPal technology and leads product governance for all PayPal R&D. Ms Wolberg also played a crucial role spearheading the PayPal Transformation program to support PayPal’s move to a customer-focused, product aligned, agile environment. Prior to joining PayPal in 2012, Ms Wolberg served as Chief Information Officer at Salesforce.com. During her time there, Ms Wolberg established Salesforce.com’s IT department as one of the world’s most successful cloud operations and developed a model that serves as a blueprint for enterprises of all sizes. Before joining Salesforce.com, Ms Wolberg spent seven years at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., where she led Corporate Technology, offshore development, technology education and leadership development.
Ms Wolberg was also named one of the Most Influential Women in Business in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times.
Ms Wolberg holds a BS degree in Finance from the University of Southern California and an MBA degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern.
