2015 Sponsorship Opportunities (as of July 14, 2015)

The SWIFT Planning Committee is very appreciative for the valued contributions of our sponsors.  Without your assistance, this conference would not be possible.  


Following is a list of SWIFT Conference sponsorship opportunities and corresponding benefits.  Additionally, all 2015 sponsors are:

 

  1. Given first right of refusal on the same item for 2016 (assuming the item is secured for 2016)
  2. Acknowledged in the conference mobile app (by logo >$2500 cumulative; by name for <$2500)
  3. Complimentary website ad
  4. On screen recognition at the event
  5. Given advance notification when on line registration opens.  This ensures you receive a prime spot on the trade show floor.

An electronic copy of your company logo (in vector eps and jpeg format) must be received by April 30, 2015 for your logo to appear on the sponsored item.

 

All prices below are quoted in $CAD ($USD accepted at par) and 5% Goods and Services Tax is additional.

Vendor Introduction Grand Prize - In kind $1000 minimum value. Unlimited AVAILABLE

Vendor introduction prizes valued at $1,000 CAD minimum are considered Grand Prizes and will be published as such. Grand prize draws will be end of day Wednesday in the Exhibition area and delegates must be present to win.
