Reservations

Each HLC attendee must secure an overnight or day guest reservation with Hilton Oak Brook Hills. This reservation will provide access to Conference Center amenities not available to standard hotel guests.

Overnight Guests
All overnight guests are required to secure a Complete Meeting Package (CMP) reservation using the link provided within the Overnight Guests tab or in the registration confirmation email. HLC pays a penalty when rooms in the negotiated block are not used, and these penalties could result in higher fees for future events. A credit card will be required at the time of reservation to guarantee and secure the reservation. Charges will not be authorized until arrival.

Day Guests
Attendees who do not require overnight accommodations will be considered day guests. A Hilton team member will contact day guests to secure their reservation prior to the cut-off date. Reservations are required to gain access to the conference facility. A credit card will be required and charged at the time of reservation.

Preparing for the Property

Hilton Oak Brook Hills is a full-service resort and conference center with guest rooms, meeting space and dining all conveniently located in one building. It is recommended that all attendees review the Property Map prior to arrival.

Helpful Tips

• Guest rooms are located in one main tower, accessible by elevators opposite the front desk.
  
• Assigned meeting rooms may be located on the main floor, lower level or other areas within the resort.
• Comfortable shoes are recommended.
