Complete Meeting Package (CMP) rate: $255/night for single occupancy; $398/night for double occupancy (plus tax).

The CMP rate includes:

• Overnight accommodations in a Deluxe Standard room with a king bed or two queen beds
  
• Three buffet meals*
• Morning and afternoon snack break service
• Complimentary wireless guest room internet
  
• Use of the fitness center
  
• Complimentary parking, if applicable

All overnight guests are required to secure a CMP reservation using the link provided above or in the registration confirmation email. HLC pays a penalty when rooms in the negotiated block are not used, and these penalties could result in higher fees for future events. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Cut-off Date: Sleeping room reservations must be made by June 25, 2017. Any reservations requested after this date are subject to availability.

Cancellation Penalty: A penalty, equal to one night’s package rate and tax, will be assessed for cancellations made five business days or fewer prior to the event start date (July 10, 2017, or later). Penalties will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of reservation.

Pre/Post Rates: Attendees wishing to arrive earlier or stay later than the event dates may do so at a rate of $129/night (plus tax), based on hotel availability. This rate is different from the package rate and includes overnight accommodations only.

Hilton Honors Points: Hilton Honors points will be earned during your stay but cannot be used as a form of payment for HLC package rates.
