Attendees who do not require overnight accommodations will be considered day guests. A Hilton team member will contact day guests to secure their reservation prior to the cut-off date. Reservations are required to gain access to the conference facility.

Check-in: Prior to checking in at the HLC registration desk, all day guests must check in at the hotel’s front desk to receive their name badge and facility materials.

Cut-off Date: Day guest reservations must be made by May 21, 2018.
