The STEM Symposium attracts over 3000 attendees.  The Exhibitor Marketplace is a great opportunity to meet and gain exposure with educators and other key customers face to face.

• 10’ x 10’ draped back wall, 8’ high back wall, 3’-high draped sidewalls

• Two booth personnel registrations  (provides access to STEM Expo floor events only)

   Expo Open:  7:30am-5:15pm **must have representative present the entire time
   Share Fair Reception 5:15pm – 7:30pm 

Friday, October 30, 2015
   Expo. Open: 7:00am-12:15pm

*Exhibitors will have until 3:30pm on Friday, October 30th to breakdown and remove all materials for Expo. Area

Selection Process: Selection of vendor displays will be based on relevance to the theme of the conference and date of receipt of the completed Vendor Registration and Vendor Agreement Forms.

Rate : The rate per display area is $1000. We will offer a discounted rate of $600 for Non-profit organizations. Please contact Jordan Wente to receive the nonprofit rate, jordan@cdefoundation.org 

Payment: Payment must be made prior to October 1, 2015. Payment can be made online via Credit Card using our online registration system and choosing the Exhibitor Registration option. To access the online registration please click this link
