Geoff has over 20 years of client experiences across all facets of retailing. He currently leads Accenture’s Restaurant/QSR client portfolio where he is helping his clients envision, engage and deliver digital products and customer experiences. His clients have included Fortune 500 global brands and internet startups.

Geoff has a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a major in human resources management and a minor in sport studies from Central Michigan University. Geoff and wife, Nicole, have two active boys to chase around in their spare time and live in Grand Rapids, MI.
 
Natt Fry

Natt Fry is an Accenture Retail Principal Director focusing on working with C-Suite executives to successfully define and implement retail transformation programs leveraging artificial intelligence and disruptive technologies.

He solves big retail problems using a high energy, high urgency, pragmatic, finance-oriented, and retail-experience informed approach to increase sales and profits. Natt is a strong executive advisor and a leader/mentor of high performing teams.

Natt has authored several Retail Transformation white papers and is a regular presenter at NRF, RILA, and IFMA. He also regularly posts on the relevance and strategic implications of new technologies to retail.
 
Jim Klass
Senior Manager, Foodservice

Jim has over 30 years of experience in the foodservice, distribution and food & beverage manufacturing industry, including 25 years as CEO of a highly successful brokerage firm in New York. Following the industry experience he has concentrated on helping clients develop Route to Market, Digital and Price Optimization capabilities both from a strategic consulting and technology perspective. He has a unique, insider’s view of the challenges, opportunities and business cycles, having worked closely with hundreds of large manufacturers, distributors, transportation providers and large operators.
 
Renee Sang
Managing Director, Accenture Customer Innovation Network

Renee Sang directs Accenture’s global Customer Innovation Network, focused on changing consumer behavior, shifting market dynamics, and their dramatic impact on the Retail and Consumer Products industries.  Her responsibilities include managing a series of innovation centers in Chicago, Milan, London, and Singapore,  developing perspectives on advancement and disruption in consumer markets, collaborating with clients to prepare them for these shifts, and leading a team focused on bringing these shifts to life through innovation workshops.  Current topics of focus include Store of the Future, emerging new practices in trade promotion and digital selling, Workforce of the Future and the re-emergence of basic human needs as a foundation for consumer relationships.
 
Ben Verley
Manager, Accenture Analytics
Accenture
Ben Verley is a manager within the Accenture Analytics practice area. During his 7 years with Accenture he has worked in a variety of analytics offerings with a primary focus in marketing mix optimization, promotion attribution, product assortment, and big data management.

He has experience managing projects that aim to construct accurate and timely answers to strategic and tactical business questions. In addition, he has experience integrating analytics solutions with business facing software tools.

Prior to joining Accenture, Ben worked at COMPASS Lexecon, an economic consulting firm where he used economic analytics in support of antitrust litigation.

Ben graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS in Systems Engineering and a BA in Economics.
