| Dean Hogan Vice President of Category Management and Logistics Reinhart Foodservice Dean Hogan is the Vice President of Category Management and Logistics for Reinhart Foodservice for the past 4 years. Dean has responsibility of all product categories, national vendor relationships, and all inbound logistics. During his time at RFS, Dean has created and executed a National Supplier Agreement with over 400 suppliers, created a Category Management product decision tree database, and launched over 1,000 new EB items. The Logistics Department has consistently outperformed budgetary projections, improving Backhaul Income, fortifying our third party network, and division replenishment optimization. Prior to RFS, Dean spent 9 years at US Foods during the Category Management transformation with that company. At USF, Dean oversaw various categories as a Director and ½ the product portfolio as Vice President of Category Management. Dean led the innovation charge while at USF introducing 200-300 new Private Label SKUs per year, including the first issue of The Scoop, USF’s innovative platform magazine. Dean spent his first 12 professional years as a foodservice operator running various Hotels and free-standing restaurants. Dean has a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management. | |
