Refunds and Cancellations
No cancellation refunds after October 12. All refund request must be made in writing to the event logistics contact. If a request is made on or before the deadline, a refund will be processed less $100 administrative fee. Substitutions welcomed. To substitute a registered attendee, return to the registration site to "Modify" the original registration.
