The Foundation’s YESS Program will work to provide awareness and potentially provide equipment via grant, scholarship, or facilitation of acquisition for youth according to the following guidelines for the period deemed as the “Pilot” by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.  The YESS program should make every effort to utilize partnerships with area teams, county School Boards, athletic parent groups, and other similar organizations to raise awareness and seek out collaboration to carry out the purpose as defined above.

Geographical Coverage:
Okaloosa, Walton, Bay and Santa Rosa Counties

Age Group Served:
Middle and High School Students in the served geographical area

AWARENESS MISSION

The Foundation’s YESS program will seek to provide comprehensive awareness to the communities in the defined geographical services areas through public relations, community presentations, town hall meetings, press releases, and similar vehicles.  All possibilities for partnership which support the mission to further the awareness outreach should be explored and maximized by the YESS program.

EQUIPMENT ACQUISITION GUIDELINES

The Foundation’s YESS program shall work toward providing youth safety equipment to interested individuals, teams, and leagues, in partnership with safety equipment vendors, and with careful regard to the Foundation’s financial resources.
