Annual Conference Child Care
This event for children of Río Texas Conference participants offers more than just child care. This informal Christian event includes art, crafts, games, movies, a field trip and recreation appropriate to age level – all supervised by caring, screened adults.
Reservations are part of the online
registration process for Annual Conference. In order to ensure enough space
and staff, reservations are required. Reservations placed on or before May 9th will receive the
Early Reservation Discount. Reservation deadline is May 21st. A
Confirmation will be mailed or emailed to you on receiving your reservation
prior to the event.

Day Camp
Thursday 12 noon – 9:00 pm OR 1 hour after worship service ends
Friday 6:30 am – 9:00 pm OR 1 hour after worship service ends
Saturday 6:30 am – 6:00 pm OR 1 hour after last session ends
Sunday 6:30 am – 2:00 pm
Ages birth to 5 years (not completed Kindergarten) early reservation fee is $60; Regular fee $70.
Ages 5 (completed Kindergarten) to 12 years early reservation fee is $70; Regular fee $80.
Per Day
Ages birth to 5 years (not completed Kindergarten) Thur or Sun fee is $25; Fri or Sat fee is $30.
Ages 5 (completed Kindergarten) to 12 years, fee for any day is $30.
Optional Lunches (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday)
Available for $6 per day (includes beverage)

Dinner served at 6:00 pm.
Evening Worship
Thursday 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm

Reservation fee for all ages is $20 per child.
Ordinands’ Special
Sunday child care from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm is free of charge to ordinands and their families (Reservation is still required.)

Meals:
Breakfasts are not offered. Please provide a meal for your child prior to arrival.
Optional dinners are available Thursday and Friday evenings at 6:00PM for $6 per meal.
You have the choice to send lunch with your children, take them out for lunch, or purchase lunches Friday, Saturday, & Sunday from First UMC with your reservations for $6 per meal.
