Registration Information
To qualify for early registration ($140), you mush register on or before Monday, September 18, 2017. The registration fee after September 18th will be $155. Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to Katie Favaro at katie.favaro@unos.org. Cancellations after Monday, September 18, 2017 will not be refunded. We will not refund for no-shows. If you cannot attend at the last minute, please feel free to send someone in your place.

Hotel Reservation Information
We have reserved a block of rooms for attendees at The Modern Honolulu. Make your reservations by Tuesday, August 22, 2017 to secure the group rate of $249.00 single/double. You may make hotel reservations by calling 888-970-4161. Tell them you are attending the OPTN/UNOS Region 6 Forum & Meeting to get the group rate. The hotel will honor the group rate 3 days before and after the meeting, subject to availability.
