1.       Who is eligible for a discount code?

Discounts are only given to LBMA Members; Market Making Members, Ordinary Members and Associates as well as LPPM Members.  LBMA/LPPM Members receive the discount because these companies pay annual subscription fees. 

If you are unsure about the membership status of your company, please refer to each Member category listed separately on the Member lists on the LBMA website here or the LPPM website here.

2.       How do I request an invoice if I cannot make payment via credit card?

If you cannot make payment by credit card, please email conference@lbma.org.uk with ‘INVOICE REQUEST’ in the subject line of your email.  

You will need to close your web browser without completing the payment page, at this point you will receive a ‘registration incomplete’ email.  Your details are automatically saved and are still on the registration system.  We will complete your registration for you and once your payment has been processed by invoice, you will receive a ‘registration complete’ email.

3.       My wife/husband would like to join me in attending the Conference.  What is the price for them to register?

The rate for partner/spouse is £190 plus Italian VAT at 21%.  This does NOT apply to business partners or colleagues.

4.       Can someone attend the Conference Dinner or Welcome Reception with me if they are not a delegate?

No.  The only people who can attend the social events are fully registered delegates, partners/spouses of delegates, press or pre-confirmed exhibitor booth staff.

5.       Why is the VAT amount 21%?

Delegates should check with the VAT office in their resident country.

        How long do I have to wait for a visa invitation letter?

Visa invitation letters are issued every Friday.

7.       I am not an Italian resident.  Do I need a visa?

Please refer to the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs official website for visa advice.

8.       What is the agenda or programme for the Conference?

9.       I have had problems with processing payment, what do I do?

We recently encountered technical issues with the payment system but these have now been resolved.  Please try processing your credit card again you should be able to successfully complete your payment.  If you still have problems with processing payment please email conference@lbma.org.uk for further assistance.
