Workshop 3: Starting the journey using Collective Leadership approaches |

The focus will be on the innovative and effective approach of Collective Leadership. Looking at traditional and current forms of leadership, Katy and Fabiana will lead an open discussion to compare and contrast this with collective leadership. They will identify how bottom up change and collective leadership can be used in participants’ work environment. |
