Abstract Submission
Deadline: September 19, 2014
The Ohio State University International Heart + Brain Summit invites you to submit abstracts of original investigation for consideration in the Poster Session. Abstracts previously presented at other national or international meetings will be accepted. Accepted abstracts will be printed in the syllabus. Notification of acceptance will be no later than October 1, 2014.
Submission Instructions
Abstracts must be submitted by e-mail to osuhbsummit@cbc-us.com. The one page abstract should be submitted as a Microsoft Word attachment using no smaller than an 11pt font size. There is no limit to the number of abstracts a presenter can submit.
Style Instructions
• Figures, graphs and simple tables are allowed.
• Use of standard abbreviations is desirable; place unusual abbreviations in parentheses after first use of the full term.
Poster Presentations
If your abstract is accepted, the presenter will be required to complete a Financial Relationship Disclosure Form per the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education’s (ACCME) Standards for Commercial Support.
Your acceptance notice will include additional information regarding space assignment and size.
