Per tradition, the Convention will close on October 12 with a hearty breakfast and golf tournament or you may decide to visit BIG with all the nature, art, spas and culinary delights Dallas offers.

Reservations/RatesThe Fairmont is offering a reduced rate for single/double occupancy rooms and one-bedroom suites of $209 per night plus tax. A $30 per night fee applies to any occupancy above double. There is no charge for children up to 18 years of age who share a room with their parents.

The cut-off date for the room block is Monday, September 19, 2016. Discounted rooms at the NALMCO rate will not be available after that date.
Please make your reservations early. While the hotel will guarantee the lower room rate until September 19, 2016, this does not mean they can guarantee that rooms will be available. There are a limited number of rooms set aside at the hotel for NALMCO. Rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis.

NALMCO IS NOT CONNECTED TO THIS COMPANY.THE NALMCO FAIRMONT HOTEL ROOM BLOCK IS NOT SOLD OUT. There are still plenty of rooms available.
NALMCO does not partner with any service to provide sleeping rooms. We work direct with our host hotel to provide sleeping rooms at reduced rates for our events. Only rely on emails direct from NALMCO regarding hotels connected to NALMCO events.

By booking your room in a NALMCO room block, you are supporting your association. Often, city wide, hotel wide or area events cause rooms in the convention hotel to become unavailable quickly, so NALMCO blocks rooms for its attendees. NALMCO guarantees the hotel that a reasonable number of rooms will be purchased. If these rooms are not purchased, NALMCO is obligated to pay for them.
