Saddlebrook is approximately 32 miles from the Tampa International Airport (TPA) or about 45 minute drive.
Saddlebrook Transportation Offerings
Saddlebrook’s Non-Stop Shared-Ride service is available at TPA for Saddlebrook guests who reserve in advance (24 hours minimum). Pick-up is available at each of the four bus loading areas at the TPA Baggage Claim. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling (813) 907-4455. Don’t want to wait? How about a chauffeur-driven, private luxury sedan service. Saddlebrook’s Transportation Concierge can access a fleet of luxury vehicles to transport you and your companions from TPA to Saddlebrook (and return) in private comfort. Your private chauffeur will monitor your flight arrival status, greet you, and take you non-stop to Saddlebrook minutes after your arrival. Twenty-four hour advance reservations are required (813) 907-4455.
Taxi
Taxi service by Yellow Cab and United Cab are available at the curbside outside the Baggage Claim Level. Both companies charge the same fares: $2.50, plus $2.40 per mile. The minimum fee from the airport is $15. There is a flat rate fee of $25 to downtown Tampa and the cruise terminal.
Rentals
Access to on-airport rental car providers is available at the airport directly across the walkway in the Red and Blue baggage claim areas.
Shared Passenger Van Service
Airport limos and shared passenger van service is available at the airport through advance reservation or walk-up booking. Enclosed, air conditioned lobbies are available at either end of the Baggage Claim areas for passengers to wait until shared vans are ready for boarding.

Public Bus
The Hillsborough Area Regional Transit bus stop is located at the airport at the west end of the Red Baggage Claim curbside by Belt #15. The route map and schedule are posted at the bus stop.
WHAT ELSE IS HAPPENING?
Networking receptions! Wear your team colors or favorite sports team apparel to the tailgating party Monday evening and join us Tuesday for a fun evening reception right on the green. Both receptions include a delicious array of appetizers and up to two drink tickets each evening will be distributed to reception attendees.
At the resort you can play on one of 45 tennis courts; swim in the half-million gallon Superpool or relax in the adult only Serenity Pool.
Saddlebrook NREDA guests receive $35.00 per person green fees and golf cart rental for 18 holes of golf.
In addition to golf, tennis and swimming, you can rent bicycles and fishing poles; maps with measured distances and routes are available to biking, walking or jogging; and basketball and volleyball is available at The Sports Village.
The Saddlebrook Kids’ Club is designed for kids ages 4 - 12, the program offers a variety of fun, supervised activities from 9 am to 4 pm daily. $40 per half day; $80 per full day; family rates available. 24-hour advance reservations are needed.
Hit The Spa for a variety of services and treatments for both men and women and in the evening, you can enjoy a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants available at the Saddlebrook including the Dempsey’s Steak House, Dempsey’s Too, Tropics Restaurant, Poolside Café, Pool Bar, and T.D.’s Sports Bar.
There is also a coffee bar open from 6:00 a.m. daily.
