NAEMSP® has meeting space set aside for exhibitors, sponsors and other organizations to host meetings in conjunction with the NAEMSP® Annual Meeting. Space is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis and is not guaranteed without payment. Affiliate rooms are rented per day and rooms needed over multiple days require a form for each day per room. Please note that affiliate group events are not allowed to be schedule during educational sessions. The program schedule will be available in early Fall 2019. PRICING
To request affiliate event space please download the Affiliate Group Event form and email the completed form to Caitlin Arnold at Caitlin@NAEMSP.org. Once space is approved an invoice will be emailed to the email address provided. A confirmation will be sent separately with the confirmed date, time and room name. Payment is due within two weeks of receiving the invoice. Payments not received by December 6, 2019 will result in the function space being canceled. If function is canceled, fees are non-refundable.
