Substitutions, Refunds, and Cancellations:

Substitutions are welcome at any time. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made by September 17, 2013 will be subject to cancellation fee of $300. Registrants who do not cancel by September 17, 2013 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason Access Intelligence/FOLIO decided to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence/FOLIO is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel or other travel costs incurred by the attendees. Note: All payments must be received before entering the event.
