Early Bird registration rates valid until June 1, 2016.
All registrations are for the entire 3 days of the conference. One-day registration rates are not available.
There is limited space available (80 registrants in total, 40 in each category) - register early!
An administration fee of $50 applies to all cancellations before June 15, 2016. NO REFUND after June 15, 2016.
Replacement delegates are welcome at no additional charge.
13% HST is included in the registration fee (HST #86871 8149 RT0001).
