As Program Manager, Management Development for Goodwill Industries International, Andrea is responsible for the Core and Retail Management Development programs and the GCC/Anne Arundel college credit program. Andrea is a professional action learning coach and is on the board of directors for the World Institute for Action Learning. Andrea previously worked in the software industry at Deltek, Inc. in Herndon, VA and Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, WA.
Cole has a Master’s degree in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, a B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA.
