Debbie Ferry is vice president of Sales and Operations at Goodwill/Easter Seals Minnesota.  

Currently in her 13^th year of service to Goodwill/Easter Seals, Ferry provides leadership for the design, operation, direction and achievement of all functions and activities relating to the organization’s revenue producing venues, including Retail Stores, E-commerce, Car Donation Program, Recycle and Salvage Operation. Ferry is also responsible for real estate activity, facilities management, loss control and asset protection for the organization.

Previously, Ferry has served as director, Midwest Region for Joann Stores from 1986 to 1999. Joann is a leading national specialty retailer of fabrics, crafts and novelty products.

Ferry held full P&L responsibility at Joann for up to 146 stores, producing $136 million in sales in a 12-state territory. She demonstrated effective leadership by successfully managing nine district managers to meet and exceed annual sales and profit goals.
