Bill has 35 years combined Retail Loss Prevention / Law Enforcement experience. He is a Certified Forensic Interviewer (Legacy designation as being among the first group to achieve this prestigious certification in the United States), and the recipient of the GILPS "Eagle Award" for excellence in Loss Prevention for 2011. This November he will have completed 5 years of service at the Director level for Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida. with more than 18 years handling multi-store retail supervisor positions, all at District, Regional and Director levels of responsibility.
