Joe Ringer is Director, Asset Protection, Safety and Risk Management for Goodwill of Orange County. During his tenure he has developed strategic and tactical approaches to education, compliance, safety and internal controls. Joe’s development of business solutions in the areas of theft prevention, internal audit, regulatory compliance, injury and illness prevention have resulted in significant improvements in revenue maximization, integrity and compliance. Joe’s 30 year career has been focused in the Asset Protection, Safety and Internal Audit specialties and he has held senior leadership positions with some of the nation’s top retail businesses. Joe has a degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and ASIS International.
