Bio
A 1983 graduate of the University of Texas Dental Branch-Houston, Dr. Gonzalez received his Fellowship from the AGD in June 2012, and is slated to receive his Mastership in Boston, 2016. He is a member of the ADA, Texas Dental Association (Honorable Good Fellow) and the Academy for Sports Dentistry. Dr. Gonzalez also serves as an adviser for the Del Norte component of the Seattle Study Club. He maintains a private practice in El Paso, Texas; he and his wife have two children.

Course Cancellation Policy:

Full refunds will be granted if written requests are received by the AGD by June 13, 2016. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the first official day of the annual meeting, with the exception of AGD member dentist registrants who have been elevated to delegate or alternate delegate status, will not be eligible for a credit or refund.
