Bio
Dr. Kevin Gureckis is currently a full-time Associate Professor in the Department of Comprehensive Dentistry at UTHSC San Antonio School of Dentistry, where he is General Practice Group Leader for 26 DS3 and DS4 students. He is a Master in the Academy of General Dentistry, certified by the American Board of General Dentistry, and a Fellow in the International College of Dentists, American College of Dentists, and Pierre Fauchard Academy. Dr. Gureckis is a retired military officer with over 24 years of active duty service with the United States Air Force, having ended his career as the director of the two-year AEGD residency at Lackland Air Force Base, TX. He has held appointments as Military Consultant to the USAF Surgeon General for General Dentistry, and has served as Special Consultant to the Assistant Surgeon General for Dental Services.
Dr. Gureckis has presented over 250 scientific lectures to military and civilian dental groups.
