Bio

Glenda Hood, MA, CPC, Belmont, North Carolina is an AAPC Certified Professional Coder with 30 years of experience
working clinically and administratively with medical professionals. For the past 15 years she has focused on oral surgery and dental coding. Currently, she is the medical coding support specialist for Insurance Solutions Newsletter. In addition to providing support to clients, she is a regular contributor to Insurance Solutions Newsletter, as well as the publications Diagnostic Coding for Dental Claims Submission Guide and Medical Dental Cross Coding with Confidence, scheduled to be released in 2016. Glenda has an enthusiasm for medical coding and is eager to share her knowledge and assist dental teams with the challenges presented by current healthcare trends.

Course Cancellation Policy:

Full refunds will be granted if written requests are received by the AGD by June 13, 2016. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the first official day of the annual meeting, with the exception of AGD member dentist registrants who have been elevated to delegate or alternate delegate status, will not be eligible for a credit or refund.
