Bio

Dilaine Gloege, CDC, CDA is a dental coding and billing support specialist with 28 years of dental experience in Concord, North Carolina. Her current position is Call Support Center Supervisor for Insurance Solutions Newsletter and Practice Booster. Additionally, Dilaine is a contributor to Insurance Solutions Newsletter, Administration with Confidence Guide, Diagnostic Coding for Dental Claim Submission Guide and Medical Dental Cross Coding with Confidence, scheduled to be published in early 2016. Dilaine is fortunate to have had the opportunity to share her passion for dentistry as a Certified Dental Assistant, Business Team Member and Practice Administrator. Course Cancellation Policy:

Full refunds will be granted if written requests are received by the AGD by June 13, 2016. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the first official day of the annual meeting, with the exception of AGD member dentist registrants who have been elevated to delegate or alternate delegate status, will not be eligible for a credit or refund.
