Bio

"Marianne Dryer is the DENTSPLY Professional Clinical Educator serving the Northeastern United States. Marianne is a graduate of the Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists in Boston, MA, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University. She completed her Master of Education degree from St. Joseph's College of Maine. She served as the first year coordinator at Collin County Community College in Dallas, Texas for six years where she was selected for the Outstanding Faculty Award and was nominated for the Advisor of the Year award by her former students. Marianne has been a faculty member at Cape Cod Community College since 2007 and adjunct faculty at Bristol Community College and Mount Ida College in Newton MA. She is active in the local and state dental hygiene organizations in Massachusetts. Marianne has organized and participated in several dental mission events including a three week dental mission trip to Romania. She is also a Periodontal Instrumentation instructor for DH Methods of Education, Inc., an educational program for dental and dental hygiene faculty. Marianne’s experience in dentistry spans almost 30 years as a clinician and an educator. She resides in the Boston area with her husband, two children and Lily, her golden retriever. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga and visiting the beaches of Cape Cod"
