Join AGD for an afternoon of education and networking tailored for new dentists and dental students. AGD will gather notable experts who offer a unique perspective that can help attendees understand the options and avenues that exist for the new dentist. 	Anastasia Turchetta, RDH - Moderator The presentation will be followed by a casual, yet informative panel discussion, moderated by Anastasia. It promises to provide attendees with a well-rounded outlook of navigating the foundational years of your practice. The following experts will cover the following topics:
	Charles Blair, DDS Bio: Belmont, NC; CEO, Dr. Charles Blair & Associates, Inc., American Dental Support, LLC Dr. Blair will discuss the future of dentistry (PPOs), the shift to corporate dentistry, and two-to-three-doctor independent practices.
	Charles Loretto Bio: Plano, TX; Director of New Client Services, Cain Watters & Associates Charles will explore the risks of associateship compared to ownership, explain how to identify practices that are for sale before they become listed with brokers, and why paying off student loans should not be your goal!
	Dana Rosenberg Bio: San Francisco, California; Earnest, Inc. Ms. Rosenberg will discuss general financial literacy and the 'business of a career,' the benefits and tradeoffs of refinancing federal loans with private lenders, paying off loans vs. investments/retirement funding, and AGD's partnership with Earnest.
