Steve Clyens is a senior program officer for gas measurement working in the Utility Metering Division of Measurement Canada’s Program Development Directorate. He graduated from Durham College of Applied Arts and Technology in 1989 with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology and began his career with Measurement Canada immediately after. He has been in his current position since 2011 and prior to that he was the regional gas measurement specialist in Ontario for 15 years.
